12月14日,由广西科技厅(外国专家局)主办、南宁市美洲翻译服务有限责任公司承办、广西吾茶空间投资管理有限公司协办的“中华文化驿站之茶文化体验”活动在南宁举行。来自俄罗斯、澳大利亚、美国、日本、马来西亚等多个国家近30位在桂工作外国专家欢聚一堂,品茶听琴,解读茶文化,体验陶刻创作,感受茶文化的魅力。

Sponsored by Science and Technology Department (Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and hosted by Nanning America Translation Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Guangxi ITEA SPACE Investment Management Co., Ltd., Chinese Culture Post — Tea Culture Experience was held in Nanning on December 14. Nearly 30 foreign experts working in Guangxi from countries such as Russia, Australia, the United States, Japan, Malaysia, etc. gathered together, enjoyed tea and Guqin performance, learned about tea culture, experienced ceramics carving and appreciated the charm of tea culture.

活动开始,六堡茶研究学者林富威老师为外国专家讲解博大精深的六堡茶文化,以“六堡茶,很中国”之说道出六堡茶所蕴含的中国智慧和中国态度,并阐述了六堡茶的世界性、科学性和时尚性等文化特征,让外国专家们对六堡茶文化有了一定的了解。

At the beginning of the event, a Liu Pao Tea researcher, Mr. Lin Fuwei introduced the profound culture of Liu Pao Tea to the foreign experts. With the saying, “Liu Pao Tea is the classical symbol of Chinese culture”, he explained the Chinese wisdom and attitude contained in Liu Pao Tea, and expounded the cultural characteristics of tea such as globalization, science and fashion, etc., enabling the foreign experts to have a certain understanding of the culture of Liu Pao Tea.

茶是修心养性之灵物,琴是抒发情感的乐器。在茶艺表演环节,茶艺师向外国专家展示了赏心悦目的泡茶程序,古琴师配合演奏一曲古琴,共同展示了茶香袅绕琴曲幽幽的茶琴合一的场景,给外国专家们带来了一场唯美的视听盛宴。

Tea is a marvelous thing to cultivate one’s mind and character while Guqin is the instrument to express emotion. During the performance of tea, a tea specialist performed the art of making tea amidst the music of the Chinese zither, or Guqin played by a musician, giving the harmonious combination of tea and Guqin music and bringing an audio-visual feast to foreign experts present.

表演过后,茶艺师现场教学,感兴趣的外国专家们纷纷动起手来学习如何泡茶,体验了从备器、赏器、涤器,到赏茶、投茶、焗茶、分茶、奉茶的全过程。外国专家在泡茶的过程中学习了中国的茶道精神,感受中国茶人的精神追求和人格理想,体会“天人合一”的和谐之美。

After the performance, foreign experts who were interested in making tea learned to make it under the guidance of the tea specialist. They learned the whole process of making tea including preparing tea sets, appreciating tea sets, washing tea sets, appreciating tea, putting tea into teapot, covering the teapot with its lid, pouring tea and serving tea. In the process of making tea, foreign experts learned the spirit of Chinese tea ceremony, understood the spiritual pursuit and personality ideal of Chinese tea specialists, and experienced the beauty of harmony between man and nature.

器为茶之父,水为茶之母,好茶需有好器冲泡。以器兴茶,以茶养器,二者相辅相成。活动现场由坭兴陶产业孵化基地创始人周海琦老师为外国专家介绍了坭兴陶的历史文化和陶器特点,解读茶与器之间的特殊关系。

Pottery is the father of tea and water is the mother of tea. Good tea needs good pottery. Pottery tea sets and tea are mutual complementary as making tea with pottery tea sets and moistening pottery tea sets with tea. Mr. Zhou Haiqi, the founder of Nixing pottery incubation base, introduced the history, culture and pottery characteristics of Nixing pottery to foreign experts, and interpreted the special relationship between tea and pottery.

活动现场,外国专家还饶有兴致地在坭兴陶的茶杯上进行雕刻创作。外国专家在陶瓷艺术大师陈炳辉老师的指导下,亲身体验了茶杯的雕刻过程。外国专家们极其认真投入,通过对雕刻工序的了解、观摩和实践,对中国深厚的优秀传统文化有了更深层次的理解。

Foreign experts were also interested in carving Nixing pottery teacups. Under the guidance of Mr. Chen Binghui, a master of ceramics art, foreign experts experienced the process of carving teacups. They were dedicated to carving, and they got a deeper understanding of China’s profound and excellent traditional culture through the experience, observation and practice of the carving process.

在自由交流环节,外国专家们积极踊跃地将自己的观点分享给大家,一起探讨茶文化的精髓,尽情地享受高雅而愉悦的文化氛围。此次活动不仅传播了中国源远流长的茶文化,满足了外国专家对于茶道文化的好奇心,也在悠扬的雅乐和淡淡氤氲的茶香中加强了彼此的认识和交流。

During the free chat, foreign experts proactively and enthusiastically shared their views to discuss the essence of tea culture and enjoyed the elegant and pleasant cultural atmosphere. This event not only spread the time-honored tea culture of China, which satisfied the curiosity of foreign experts on the culture of tea ceremony, but also strengthened their mutual understanding and communication in beautiful music and light tea fragrance.

在广西农科院工作的印度籍专家在参加活动后表示,非常喜欢中国的茶叶和茶文化,在中国工作期间,每次回印度,都会带一些中国的茶叶给家人朋友分享。

After attending the event, an Indian expert working in Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Science said that he liked Chinese tea and tea culture so much that he would bring some Chinese tea to share with his family and friends when he returns to India during working in China.

来自俄罗斯的专家看了茶道表演之后表示,自己很喜欢中国文化,喜欢中国的茶文化,中国喝茶很讲究,有漂亮的茶道,有精美的杯子。同时,还亲手在坭兴陶的茶杯上进行雕刻创作,表示有机会一定带几个中国的茶杯回俄罗斯与朋友分享。

After watching the performance of tea, an expert from Russia said that he was fond of Chinese culture and Chinese tea culture. He mentioned that drinking tea in China is quite an art, which includes beautiful tea ceremony and exquisite teacups. During the carving experience, he also personally carved on Nixing pottery teacups, and he expressed that he would bring some Chinese teacups back to Russia to share with his friends.

在广西工作的缅甸籍专家表示,通过今天的活动,了解了更多的中国茶文化,中国的茶道很美,很有仪式感,喝茶的杯子也很精致。中国和缅甸相邻,各种生活习惯相近,和中国一样,缅甸人民每天都喝茶,喝茶已经成为生活中必不可少的事情。

An expert from Myanmar said that he has learned more about Chinese tea culture through this event. He considered that Chinese tea ceremony was stunning and solemn and the teacups were exquisite. As China is contiguous to Myanmar, people of the two countries have similar living habits. Like the Chinese, the Burmese people drink tea every day, and drinking tea has become an essential part of their life.


据了解,广西科技厅(外国专家局)从2017年开始在全区组织实施的“在桂国(境)外专家安心计划”,旨在通过组织在桂工作外国专家人士参加文化体验、搭建咨询与帮助平台建设等活动来帮助大家更直接地了解融入广西,增进其对广西人才政策和环境的了解,以此营造良好的工作生活环境,让外国人才“进得来、留得住、干得好”,积极投身广西建设。“中华文化驿站”作为2019年“在桂国(境)外专家安心计划”子项目之一,今年已成功举办6场,内容涵盖壮族服饰、中国书画、桂林侗族银饰、中秋文化和广西米粉等,让外国专家感受到中国传统文化的深厚底蕴,进一步了解中国文化和广西的风土人情,同时加强了外国专家与管理部门之间的联系,是服务外国专家的重要平台。

It is reported that Science and Technology Department (Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has organized the implementation of the ‘Reassurance Plan for Foreigners Working in Guangxi’ throughout the region since 2017. The plan is aimed at helping foreign experts to understand and fit in Guangxi more directly, and enhancing their understanding of the talent policies and environment in Guangxi as a way to create a good working and living environment for them to actively participate in the construction of Guangxi. Therefore, the purpose can be realized that foreign experts can “come to Guangxi, stay in Guangxi and work well in Guangxi”. Being one of the sub-projects of the ‘Reassurance Plan’, six events of Chinese Culture Post have been successfully held in this year, covering the costumes of Zhuang nationality, Chinese painting and calligraphy, silver ornaments of Dong nationality in Guilin, Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, Guangxi rice noodles culture, etc., which enabled foreign experts understand the profundity of Chinese traditional culture. This event not only enables foreign experts to know more about Chinese culture and local customs in Guangxi but also strengthens the relationship between foreign experts and management departments, which is an important platform for serving foreign experts.
